Baptist EFT Workspaces is a secure method for distributing confidential information, or large files that an email client may restrict. New users are required to create an account. The account created is private and should not be shared. The Username can be used for up to 45 days to access the shared information.

Answer: The error Invitation Not Found is typically received when the allotted timeframe has lapsed. It also occurs if the recipient’s email address is a group distribution list, and someone else in the group verified the account. In this instance, please contact the Baptist Health Service desk and request a BITS ticket for the Managed File Transfer team to reset the user account password.

Answer: Internet Explorer 11 , Firefox 64 or Safari 11 are supported browser versions. While Google Chrome is not a compliant browser, it may be used by disabling Autofill password for https://baptistftp.bhsi.com (located under Settings). It is also recommended that you enable Clear Browsing Data located under Chrome settings - Advanced - and Clear Browsing Data, and ensure the following options are selected: cookies and other site data, Passwords and other sign-in data, AutoFill form data.

Answer: From the main log-in site, https://baptistftp.bhsi.com, a user can reset their password by selecting the "Forgot Password" option. This will take you to a Reset Password page. Enter your email address as the Username and Email. An automated message will be sent to your email account.
Answer: Users typically have 45 days to access the shared files. The Sender may restrict access to a short timeframe, which is uncommon. After 45 days, the user will need to contact the Baptist Health department with whom the files were requested to have the files shared again.
Answer: A user's default page upon logging in is "My Folder" but that is not where files are shared. Please ensure you select the "Shared with me" folder that corresponds to the folder detailed in the email sent to you.
Answer: This issue commonly occurring with users using Chrome. Select the FILTER option at the top of the page and make sure no filters are applied. If so, clear filters and select the "Shared with Me" folder again to see your file.
